Ms Ly is a Lay Health Educator for Project "INFORMED" and has served as Lay Health Worker with the Healthy Family Project since 2017. She has supported Vietnamese Americans in the Santa Clara County to stay healthy by stopping smoking and staying informed with updated information on COVID-19. She is pleased to conduct lay health educational sessions in the Vietnamese language and continue to contribute her efforts to the Vietnamese and Asian Communities to help our community members to live well and stay healthy.
