Victor is a current medical student at UC Davis School of Medicine. After completing his Bachelor of Science in Nursing, he worked as a critical care nurse and nursing instructor. As a member of the Oakland Chinatown community, Victor served as a health care volunteer to help protect and improve the well-being of the local community. His interests include health promotion and addressing health disparities in AANHPI communities.
